@Ozzy Sirimsi and All: I was wondering has anyone ever used business lines of credit that does not report to personal credit to purchase a rental property cash and then find a lender to refinance out?

When rates were 2.5 just a few year ago cap rates were still 2.5 to 3, there very little change since then.I'm hoping other investors can shed light on their expectations as buyers.

I am just itching to do something about my life with real estate so I can start changing the lives of those around me.Thank you for any replies!
