Call craigslist ads, Drive for dollars, send letters anything. . .

I would like to maximize my VA loan and use it towards the purchase of a fourplex within 30min drive of the base....any advise would be great on this type of investment and the area and who I should talk to.......

When I go driving for dollars and see properties that I might be interested in, I can't look up the owner or anything.

I used to work at Long & Foster and they do have a good training program.

I play them while getting on with other tasks like driving etc.

I have to move around to find it, my first company had awesome training, my current one I feel it's more sink or swim.
