When I'm driving and see a property I may be interested in learning more about, I text myself the address or a picture.

If they are all in one area within reasonable driving distance then I’d find one PM you like and have them manage it all.

I work a lot, probably more than the average W2, but we also travel a lot, at least 6 trips every year.So that's what's driving me, numbers on a screen are nice, but they are not fulfilling on a personal level.

This training can make you a multi millionaire  at best or put 50 to 100k+ in your pocket every year part time.

As i was driving through the neighborhood scoping the area out i noticed a new shiny fire department.

At least that way you can still drive to the properties if you need to check in on something in person. 

Do you see Nike cold calling customers or driving for dollars?

I cannot speak to the quality of the coaches but the sales staff seamed well trained.
