,I’m currently in the process of buying a house in Kansas City, MO, and I need your help.

This is a new construction house and the builder is selling at a premium, but the price appeared to be highly inflated.

I’ve run some numbers with a current real estate listing, but it seems hard to find a house with positive cash flow.

The numbers look great for cheap houses and rents and they wanted some data on the area.

We rent a room in a house.

I would recommend house hacking locally.

Straight investment, house hack, BRRRR, flip?

An index fund is a better option...eventually, I'm a fan of paying them off and treating them like fixed income, but not now assuming that your financial house is in order and you like owning and managing real estate.
