thinking to start in a more affordable area like Reading
I am still in the beginning stages of getting into investing in real estate. I have read a few books and spoke to some friends in the industry. Do you think it would serve me better to invest in a smaller and more affordable area like reading pa? any good sites to see the better areas to invest in?
