Anyway, a lot of times you can tell which ones are a disaster inside because they don't bother to post interior photos or even a description -- it just says "bank owned, as is"

It just names the area when you click on it but no real description or data??

I lean more to having a short description of your intentions such as a high level business plan versus getting down to how much you will pay or even expressing limits of how much you will "borrow".
