Looking to buy SFR wholetail properties

Hey guys, I would like some suggestions on areas or neighborhoods for class B SFR.

I would be using cash & am looking to buy about 2 properties in the 50-60k range, where the house would need only minor work, $5-10k. Is that price point too low for KC?

@Alex Corral KC is a sellers market at the moment and competition is very high for the description you gave. As a first step I'd suggest narrowing your scope to a few zip codes and watching them (MLS alerts, craigslist, FB market place, wholesaler websites, etc.)
