Transfer deed from personal name to LLC
Hello BP friends!
I have a few properties that I had to close in my name, but I'd like to move them under my LLC now.
Do I need an attorney for this, or is this something I can do on my own by filling out some legal forms and getting a notary?
If I do need an attorney, what should it cost per property to file the paperwork?
The properties are all in Texas if that helps. Thanks in advance!

I highly recommend using an attorney for a number of reasons, even though you can do it on your own
The attorney will get it done correctly ;), and can advise on a good business structure (properties in Texas can use a Series LLC, which is a less expensive LLC structure when you have multiple properties), and can be your Registered Agent which will provide you more anonymity.
Jason Marino (Royal Legal Solutions) helped us through the process, and we recommend the Royal Legal Solutions team. There are other good companies to work with, so shop around and find someone you're comfortable with.
You can do it on your own, but there are a handful of details to deal with, and may not be worth your time.
I can't speak to cost, since every situation is different, but feel free to DM me anytime.
