You do not even need to put a deposit down (I never do... well I do but its like 5 dollars or so) because I am 100% honest and transparent.

We're looking for a way of having tenants deposit rent that doesn't cost anything, or costs very little, and that only would allow a deposit in a form that cannot bounce, be clawed back, be fraudulent.
