If a turnkey provider says that they have completely rehabbed the property then ask for before and after pictures along with any parts receipts and invoices for work performed.

Mechanic Liens/Artisan Liens are placed upon property (vehicles, real property, paintings, etc.) that an individual has rendered some type of service upon the property, and the owner of the property does not pay; so long as the individual who performed the service has possession of the property, they have superior title to the property...no matter what...This is obviously harder to do with real property.

Many Buyers and Buyers agents here are skeptical of the "Joe Schmo" homeowner who "took care of it himself" so as others have suggested, for peace of mind when you sell it I would have a clearance test or air quality test performed by someone so you can show it was remediated correctly and 3rd party test results show that.
