Dear BP community,There are some agencies which help the section 8 tenants to pay their security deposits ( at lease here in Philadelphia, PA).Who supports those agencies?

My current side-side hustle, Global Artisans, employs local refugees to make bags out of recycled vinyl banners.The BP podcast has already been a trove of knowledge and motivation, but I'm glad to finally raise my hand in here and pay forward the advice and support the BP veterans so willingly give.

However many agents subscribe to services that send them reports on the market, so they in turn can send them out to clients,  It is pretty easy to get on an agents email list..

@Ari NewmanThis is one example of why lawyers should not draft forms that require the client to change multiple parts of the agreement.

Partnership Title Co - Denise Minton does an excellent job and handles all my personal investment closings and most of the closings for my clients. 

Still we have a lot in common, and she is very supportive of the things that I love to do. 

I guess the lesson to learn is to ask for reference clients that are investors too, if they can't provide any then move on.
