Has built up anticipation of all sorts; but it is just click-bait.

I don't see why someone would request information on the same property of multiple platforms, and I would actually count this as a strike against someone that did assuming they were clicking on everything they see so I believe you are missing opportunities. 

I agree Zillow isn't terribly reliable with with estimated value, or estimated rent, but when someone clicks the button for more info, that's a real person interested in the property.Zillow is popular and active, you may get candidates who won't qualify...I've never really paid attention to see if they come from Zillow more.I don't care who or how they came to me, if they're interested I want to communicate with them.

Go onto Zillow and type in your address, click on the rent filter- and then slowly expand out- you should be able to see other rentals around you.
