The franchisor does not want residential real estate transaction run through the brand and I agree with that philosophy.However, I personally invest in residential rental properties and know I can easily grow a separate company that will handle residential real estate brokerage transactions and residential management assignments. 

I am looking to invest in an rural area that is economically challenged but has a strong rental market in Indiana.

I watched as the growth spread to Apopka, but Apopka seemed to have a better handle on controlling that growth to be appealing.

I would challenge you to empower and teach yourself

There are "rent court agents" that can handle evictions for much less than an attorney would.

Cash flow is good but tenants are a challenge from what I hear.

The power went out a few times on the block recently and they’re asking for the code “just in case”.If you were in my shoes, how would you handle this situation different?

Ask around, maybe other agents have more than they can handle!
