Hello, all! Recently joined BiggerPockets and currently reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing". I'm beginning the research to be ready for my first multi-family purchase, hopefully within the next 6 months! Looking forward to learning about RE investing and all the challenges it has to offer! Any like-minded people in the Madison area?!
