Financing Multiple Properties in one Deal

I am looking to invest in an rural area that is economically challenged but has a strong rental market in Indiana. In said market there are properties for under 20k that are ready or need very little work to rent. I would like to buy 5 or 6 properties in one deal.  What are the best options to finance multiple properties in one deal? I recently backed out of a 200k tri-plex deal which would have been my first. Now I'm considering buying a few totaling a little over 100k to get cashflow started.  Please advise.
