The way I understand it, rental income does not affect unemployment Benefits, particularly if you are reinvesting it and not paying yourself.But, with the market the way it is in Oklahoma right now, I'd be crazy not to take advantage.Would selling a 1 year old rental now cause me to lose unemployment?

Covid has caused many delays with the city and per CA state law, they have only 60 days to approve plans (once submitted) however, with COVID, that is not being enforced and they are taken about twice as long.

Garbage disposals could be a catch 22 because then tenants might over use them and cause plumbing problems but it’s not a horrible thing to have either.

I got little lucky cause my place was already booked through jan to May when corona hit, they ended up staying , so had no cancellation basically.May was a so so months, since June it has been  more then %80, and 2021 already started with 3 motnhs full booking.Baltimore City changed its airbnb policy, so many of the airbnb hosts ended up selling, so I was able to keep my registration that help me as well ( that is my guess)It looks like it will be much better in 2021 and 2022.

Yes I think we will disagree (in my case) as the time remaining for compounding for me is realatively short and my rate of tax paid after I stop working will likely be significantly lower since what causes my rates to be high currently is limited to employment income, the rest of my income although considerable will nearly all be indefinitely deferred the way I invest and likely will remain so through retirement until death.
