I'm relocating but all my offers are outbid by cash buyers (mostly). Anyone have a pocket listing? $220-$265k - SFR - 3-4 bed with a 21 day escrow. Must have good schools and a minimum of 7500 sq ft lot. My home closes end of April and I have a prequal up to $265k. Worth a shot, thanks!

Personally, I would rent an apartment for 3 to 6 months and put most of your stuff in storage. Spending a little up front is so worth not getting into a rushed 30 year problem.
