We’re actually about to close escrow on a property in Temecula so we’ll be moving soon, but would love to meetup sometime and discuss real estate investing.As far as a local meetup… My wife and I, both born and raised in Hemet, are accustomed to leaving the area to branch out.

BRRR is a good  initial strategy but it's a long long game and you end up leaving lots of equity trapped.
