Hi everyone,

I am a home inspector and do inspections in Bakersfield. I live up in Lake Isabella but most of my inspections are in Bakersfield. I own several rentals in Kern county, mostly in the Lake Isabella and Kernville area. I also have a vacation rental in Alta Sierra.

I think this is going to be a really good year for Kern County in terms of real estate.
