The housing market seems a little out of reach and I certainly don't think house hacking with free rent is even attainable in 2023 as a first time home buyer, but I'm here to welcome myself and stick with this journey.

I am currently in classes to attain my real estate agent’s license, am reading as much as I can about real estate investing and studying the local market.

Thanks for the clarifications from both Tom an Harvey.I'm just guessing, but I' say the reason for that disclosure has to do with many of the under the radar, soft sell, advocates that post in these topic forums.I see both of you are rather new.

Are these still attainable?

For the record, we only have 7 years to attain this goal, so we will be moving rather quickly if everything works the way we want.
