If the market truly is saturated, even the new fancy apartments will have to fight for renters with more concessions and rate wars.For example, here is a property that was recently on the market and if I remember correctly its listing price was $210,000 or $220,000 and I found a couple of similar 2 bedroom units renting at $750 so I will assume that to be the market rate here.
