Termite problem in doors and windows
Hello all,
I noticed termites in some of the doors and windows that I'm going to rent. I know that the tenants will not like this. I need some tips to prevent this. I found some tips to termite-proof home, but I'm not sure whether these steps can help me termite proof quickly. I am planning to rent my home within 2 weeks. Do you know any technique to prevent termites?? Will I have to replace the damaged windows and doors? The kitchen door seems to be damaged badly by termites. One of the Bedroom windows is slightly damaged, so I think a spray and slight repair will be enough. What are your suggestions??

Call a professional. Call a professional. Call a professional.
Termites are a colony insect, and have to be treated slowly. If you spray a few on the surface, a few may die, but the colony realizes somethings up, and moves elsewhere, damaging a new spot.
Buckle down and spend money for the treatment from a professional.
