Do you need to graduate from Secret Service driving school to go get groceries down the block?  

BTW all 4 of the students will be in school for at least 2 years. 

Kids are off from school so more weekday stays from LA and SD families, plus it's not as blazing hot as the Coachella Valley. 

The reason this house caught my attention in the first place is it’s directly down the street from my kids school.

But for all those out there who think you need to go to school to learn, you do not.

Small town, good schools.

Some draw backs are high crime rates, old homes and low ranking schools. 

Plus the school district is pretty good.
