I've considered direct mail to the same lists too, but it seems more expensive and I'm guessing I'd get a lower response rate.Any advice and suggestions are appreciated, even if you think I'm using the wrong marketing platform or lists entirely.

Unfortunately, I listen to so many different podcasts I'm not sure where I've heard it but if you search your podcast platform for Enterprise Zone I'm sure they'll come up.

I’m new at this whole process, including this platform so I’m not sure if there’s a messaging option or whatever.

We are really only looking for a maintenance platform that doesn't include us just adding it into our calendar each month. 

Some of these places seem to be offering much more of a full service offering with tech platforms and even staff who help in the kitchen.

Does anyone regularly incorporate price differences by platform, and if so, why?
