Would I need an architect/engineer evaluate the property before installation?

He is coming out to inspect the property next week and do an evaluation.

I just got an S5 smart phone and when I tried logging into BP with the same info that works just fine on my PC, it's says the username or password is incorrect. 

We have a contract, two independent evaluation reviews of the home, a bid for the repairs from the general contractor who will be doing the repair work.

Someone should create a video series teaching out of state investors how to evaluate and buy turnkey properties.

I have no experience in evaluating a fix & flips, so I would need to do some research in that area before moving forward.Hearing from some of posters who are already up and going with their projects or in the same situation as me would be helpful.
