For on the ground evaluations, I rely on local contacts: agents, contractors, or even property inspectors to provide walkthrough videos and detailed feedback.

For material participation tracking, your spreadsheet should include:Date & Time Spent – Log the exact dates and hours you worked on the property.

You can have an email for each account and you should be able to set your phone up see multiple accounts at once should you get inquiries or messages.Just log into each account to make updates and price changes.
