I have a few buildings that I manage myself.I have worked in the construction field for many years and my goals are to build a  rental management business with my two sons.I have helped a few young local friends out of college get involved with multi units and have seen them grow.I have viewed bigger pockets for many years but have not involved myself until now.

You want to be able to physically talk to the person in your account and not just talk to the sales team.Other qualification can be- How much time will you be spending on my account- will you report the search terms *very important*- will I own my account *RUN if they say no*- Ask what they think of the landing page *how well will it convert*- Do they have a partner badge- Do they experience in your industry- Do they have experience in your field *so don't hire an e-commerce company to find you, motivated sellers,*What to watch out for with an Adwords manager-Mixing display campaign data with search campaign dataCPC are dirt cheap with display clicks compared with search, so it will seem that your avg CPC is lower than it really is on search.

The lender may be able to send the same appraiser and get the appraisal done in an expedited manner since most of the field work and reporting is already done, but the appraisal report will be a new file/assignment.
