It allowed me to grow into the adult that I needed to be and opened my eyes to cultures around the world.

I ran into a problem (tenant does not allow me on to the property) and the only way for me to show the property is for the owner (seller) to grant me access in person.

I ran some numbers and decided to go with the highest price that I thought I could still definitely make a "good" amount of money.

Some may have a culture they are trying to perpetuate or may not hire because they think you are a liability, but they will usually hire just about anyone.I would go ahead and start talking to brokers now to have something lined up for as soon as you are licensed.Also, you should think about your goals when picking a broker.  

This is a culturally southern town with very clear neighborhoods. 

The issue I ran into is I can rent the entire house out for more money than room rentals.

I then spent a couple years in Brazil living among the people and soaking up an incredible culture.

Because I've grown to HATE corporate life.I currently work as a project manager for a dysfunctional technology company with a toxic culture and terrible leadership.

The culture at KW is very different from other companies.
