Hey Group!

My name is Steve and I come from a quaint little corner of NYC known as City Island. I work as a  Construction Project Manager for one of the top engineering firms in North America. I have been investing /flipping/building/land-lording etc. etc. .....on and off for awhile and am currently looking to network and get back in the swing of things. I ran into this forum and I thought it was awesome so I just wanted to say Hi!
