@Joseph HamaouiIf you've evaluated that the potential fees from the deal / deals at the shopping center are worth your time and you really want to work on the assignment to strengthen your relationship with the investor, you really need to partner with an Orlando commercial real estate agent.

Lifestyle choice would be Margaritaville or for just a nice place with a decent amenity center/clubhouse, you have lots of choices.
