Commercial Space in Orlando. Where to start?

Hey guys,

I have an investor with commercial space for lease in Orlando, FL. It's a large plaza and one building used to be a Target. He wants me to help him lease out the space but I'm located in Jacksonville, FL and I've never done anything in Commercial or Orlando.

Fellow agents are pushing me to try to hand the deal off to another agent in Orlando but my investor isn't interesting in working with "an agent" he wants to work with me.

What would you do?

Thanks

Joseph
