Brother in law was hauling material in my truck also  , probably a similar thing ( i have a nissan titan with the roll down back window which is the coolest thing in the world )  Boom straight through the speaker grill.

And as we all know, they do from time to time.The App is great but I'm with @Tim Schroeder on this one, too many things can go wrong and at the end of the day, we need to be able to use common sense in getting into a door.In terms of surveillance and privacy keep in mind that none of us like to be watched by our host or Big Brother 24/7/365 - because they can and they do.

My brother is a contractor and recently renovated my parent's basement (Yes, I get to live here RENT FREE ;). 

We are a family of 4, my 60year old dad, 49 year old mom, 12 year old brother and 20 year old me. 

My brother and I are looking to help our parents pay off their mortgage so that they can retire without worrying about mortgage payments.

The family who is here to help her (her brother and her SIL) is desperate and needing to close very fast so that they can get back to their home state and resume their lives.

Buy out sister with a 2nd/HELOC as you structure things within the estate properly and deed out to brother as sole owner. 

@Randall AlanThanks for the advice it really does help a lot.I dont actuall have any family that would be willing to invest save my brother who is as poor as i am.That's why we are exploring other options for raising capital.We were going to go through his VA loan but there is so much red tape its looking less and less viable, so we are trying to work out a plan B.
