Good morning fellow investors,

I'd like to introduce myself as an ambitious, mature, and self driven individual! I received my Doctorate in Pharmacy at age 24 (so you are probably wondering what I am doing on here, right?!) Well, soon after graduation and passing state board exams, I quickly realized my career no longer fulfilled the lifestyle I had in mind for myself. I came across the real estate rookie and bigger pockets podcasts' a couple of months ago and have been HOOKED ever since!

I've always had an interest in real estate, so much so that I considered obtaining my real estate license during my last year of Grad school. However, I was unaware of the potential and financial freedom real estate investing could provide me at the time.

My brother is a contractor and recently renovated my parent's basement (Yes, I get to live here RENT FREE ;). This experience quickly led me to realize the potential we have in this market! I enjoy budget friendly designs and the decor aspect of flips the most, but also don't mind getting my hands a little dirty. That being said, I am interested in flipping, short, and long term rentals.

I am in search for like minded individuals who are just as excited and ready to grow a business within the neighboring Chicagoland real estate market.

I look forward to connecting with you all and greatly appreciate your time and feedback!

-Dr. A

Hi Wendy! I am also looking for like-minded motivated individuals in the Chicagoland suburbs. I live in Bartlett, but was born and raised in Aurora and know the area. I am just starting out like yourself and have a very similar mindset and goals. I have been researching and educating myself these past couple months waiting for the right opportunity to buy a multi-family home to BRRRR. I also enjoy being hands on and have helped my dad with many projects my whole life. I would love to connect and chat more about possibly partnering up or even just to bounce ideas off each other. Feel free to shoot me a message!
