Hello BP,

I am Matthew Desrosiers and I have always been intrigued with realeastate and the freedom such investments can bring. I am eager to get started and happy to be a part of BP. I am inexperienced and appreciate all the advise availeable and all that is to come.

I am also curious about crowdfunding my downpayment as a way of getting started, does this seem viable?
