Figure out what the local laws are, and follow those for "additional compensation" or "bonus"es.

Especially if they don’t get the bonus unemployment next time. 

If you can find other ways to add value as well, then that's an added bonus.

Cash flow primarily, and down payment money is a nice bonus.

Buyers seem to seize onto the term "turnkey" and at first think the furniture is just a bonus, due diligence shows this bonus has a premium cost. 

I read about giving bonuses and penalties if the work is done on time versus late.
