For all the wholesalers out there.. gonna make this a little game

All progress in your business so far just got reset back to zero. No systems, no leads, no deal flow. All you have is $5,000 to invest to get your business back into full swing. What are you doing?

@Jeremy Bourgeois

  1. - Pull a few free lists of lead types you want to target. Each city has different free public info lists (pre-foreclosure, code violation, divorce, eviction, probate, etc.)
  2. - Hire a cold caller on Upwork ($5-$10/hr + commissions for deals closed)
  3. - Set them up on a Dialer like Mojo Dialer ($100/mo)
  4. - Subscribe to a proper CRM to manage leads like Podio (~$50/mo)
  5. - Depending on how much time that you have yourself, then I would go door knock a certain list that you pull (or certain zip code you want to target) since door knocking is free.
