I'm a new investor. I live in Fort Worth Texas/Saginaw area to be exact. I'm also fairly new to area and still learning the quickly changing area. I don't personally know anyone that invest. I'd like to change that with a chance to "shadow" someone. Ive been learning plenty through books...I can come out and help with whatever is needed. Im a handyman for a school here in Fort Worth so I can offer the skills I have in exchange. I will do task you may not like to do. I'm just seeking experience and see it first hand. My strategy is Brrrr so ideally another brrrr investor, flipper for the rehab side, buy and hold. I don't plan to invest in the DFW at the moment but I will be investing in my hometown so I will not be local competition.

Thanks in Advance
