Typically, the cheapest way to make moveable shower heads is a ball joint, and that implies movement in four directions.But the bigger question is WHY don't you want to have water running on the wall of the shower?

My point is, if you choose to pay down debt first then continue to move the ball forward with your REI strategy in some form and if you choose to immerse yourself in REI be conscious about your debt so it doesn’t increase.
