I know no one has a crystal ball, but we all use observations of the data and our past experience to make our best guess.  

So I guess to rephrase the intent of my initial question is, I'm looking for advice on how to begin building my strategy, so I can get the ball rolling on things!

Typically, the cheapest way to make moveable shower heads is a ball joint, and that implies movement in four directions.But the bigger question is WHY don't you want to have water running on the wall of the shower?

@Cory Mortensen It looks like maybe I dropped the ball on this post--very sorry about that.

The property sets in a neighborhood close to the stadiums so before and after ball games (Royals or Chiefs) the occupants of the property will have to deal with significantly more traffic and such. 

Once you get the ball rolling things will move faster and you will see more success.

All predictive analysis is is gazing into a crystal ball when you get down to it.

I firmly believe this takes some time to get the ball in motion, but once you do, momentum builds and will carry you forward.My mentor recently just shared with me that there is a 'wall of the 1st deal.' 

My point is, if you choose to pay down debt first then continue to move the ball forward with your REI strategy in some form and if you choose to immerse yourself in REI be conscious about your debt so it doesn’t increase.
