I need someone that can turn a couple rough drafts into contracts, write up some offers, lease options, etc, and also to simply answer a question about whether something is possible or legal.I'm really turned off by lawyers that want $200 just to answer a couple questions about what they could do for me.

This is why I am not sure what to do.Can I write a new contract stating I will let the buyer proceed to ##/## date, but if we are not closing, then I can accept another offer and put the property back on the market now?
