what style works best

Hi everybody!  I'm getting back on track to planning some flips in Central Oregon.  I've been researching some lending from either private or traditional but I can't decide what is a better route.  Can you tell me what style you prefer and why?  I have done traditional before and it makes sense but they have soooo many hoops to jump through.
