London Ontario RE Lawyer

Does anybody in the London, Ontario crowd have a good RE lawyer?

I need someone that can turn a couple rough drafts into contracts, write up some offers, lease options, etc, and also to simply answer a question about whether something is possible or legal.

I'm really turned off by lawyers that want $200 just to answer a couple questions about what they could do for me.

Rod Refcio is pretty great in London, Ontario. He has the lowest legal fee I can find in Ontario.
If you are closing a few deals with him he'd likely give you advice free of charge.
