IL has it with FL and an agent in my office is doing the snow bird type thing and she spoke with another that does similar and said it's amazing, when it's slow in winter in IL, it's lucrative out there in FL.

Go with quartz counters instead of granite. go with a Stainless steel sink since they're easy to clean, you can get stainless steel appliances on the cheap if you wait for a holiday sale.
