HI, Any wholesalers in the central coast(Santa Maria, Orcutt, or San Luis Obispo area)?

Hello, I will retire from the Coast Guard in 6 years and am in a Masters of Entrepreneurship Program which is the reason for this post.

@Michael Kolaghassi I would suggest you look in the West Byers / Arlington Heights area.

Costs just go up dramatically the farther you go up the coast so frankly I’m not sure why everyone is screaming about San Diego.

Having lived in Tampa Bay for 19 years and traveling the gulf coast, I’d suggest I-75 between Venice and Ft.

Ugh, I need to go back through the investigations again but am actually thinking of taking my money off the west coast altogether since the market is so expensive and much of what I'm finding won't cash flow well even with a decent down.

That being said though, she is not the most motivated... and why should she be wasting time with me on cash deals at $100k when she can sell  nicer 300k homes 5 miles east or west?

The West side and North side of the city is definitely much more of a melting pot with section 8 housing mixed throughout.

Ours are quite a bit different from those in the Midwest or East Coast in that the units themselves are smaller - most apartments are 1-2 bedrooms and about 500-600 sqft for a 1/1 and under 900sqft for a 2/1.
