Business Survey Questions
Hello, I will retire from the Coast Guard in 6 years and am in a Masters of Entrepreneurship Program which is the reason for this post. My goal is to start a fix and flip business upon retirement, and my plan is to fix and flip 4 properties within the first year using my own cash (primarily auction properties) and earning $100k in profit. The proceeds will be used to purchase the next home, and so forth. I plan on specializing in the location I retire (to be determined) for the fix and flip, and in destination locations that I want to visit for rentals. Minimum school ranking of 5 is required for all properties I will buy, with the possible exception of destination properties. My questions;
1. Do you think this is feasible?
2. What would you recommend I change, or think of?
I appreciate any feedback given.
