The appreciation in Albany isn't great if it even goes up and the weather is some of the worst in the Northeast which causes more wear and tear on a rental property, more issues in the winter, and more overall repairs to account for.

We meet every other Wednesday at the Sherman Oaks Galleria right in front of PF Chang's (or inside PF Chang's if the weather sucks) and we discuss strategies and network and have a great time sharing our real estate stories.

Side note: supposedly hydronic baseboard electric is more efficient than the regular resistance heaters, although I don't see how. 

Maybe upgrading the appliance package or adding some curb appeal or create an outdoor entertaining space?
