I working on purchasing a place Rhode Island at the shore and would like to connect with anyone who has experience with Airbnb in Rhode Island. 

Northeast states like Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, are states that have high concentration of triplex, duplex and quads.

I've worked with other clients as well that initially wanted to buy in Long Island, but given their budget, they opted for a condo in the city as a first purchase before eventually graduating into something bigger in a few years. 

Desert Island since there were so many small land formations in the area.
