Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment.

Purchase price: $375,000

Working on this rental property as a DSS rental. This property will gross approx. 10K a month and should net between 3-4k a month. This is a very specific rental program through New York. Looking to continue to do more of these deals as we also own the property management company that runs them
