Very infrequent service calls for any, other than coin-op mech, usually due to overfull, or tenant abuse.One thing most are not aware of, often the contracts for service provider are 5 or 10 year terms, which needs to be properly transitioned on a sale, but that also means you can usually negotiate an up-front incentive from the vendor for setting up the space.
