Multifamily Laundry Services

Hello everybody!

We are researching the multifamily laundry services for 16 units building in Chicago area. We would like to hire a company that would install two washers and two dryers in the basement. After that we would expect this company to provide the maintenance for all appliances.

Does anybody have an insight? What to look for?  What kind of W/D brand would you recommend? Coins or CC payment enabled? What is the reasonable rate? Any specific company? What is the typical contract term? One year or more?
