My latest property needs some light cosmetic work - new flooring (carpet and tile), interior paint, some interior doors to replace, and possibly new kitchen counter-tops.Additionally, have another property that needs to be turned after tenants vacate at the end of the month. 

I truly do appreciate it.Light rehab I mean paint, update the bathroom (tear out tiles, new toilet, vanity, floor), and new counters in the kitchen.  

I would anticipate around $2,000 worth of plumbing work and then another $1,000-3,000 for shower surround/custom tile (depends on your SOW). 

Otherwise the title says from John Smith to Jim Smith and creates a searchable pattern in the county records. 

I know cabinetry, garage door installation, painting, tile work ; pretty much any handyman work.

You might find just enough free leftover tile to rehab the bathroom and/or kitchen, for example.

I must add though all my properties have wood laminate and or tile flooring so no carpet.

The tile floors were lighter colored and walls were off-white. 

Salvaged the cabinets, added a tile backsplash, new floors, paint, and new vanities in the bathrooms.

New tile throughout most of the house and laminate in the bedrooms.
